Dubai Electricity and Water provides 818 offers and discounts through the DEWA Store

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) offers its customers, through the DEWA Store, a wide range of offers and discounts, in cooperation with 471 companies from the government and private sectors, to encourage them to follow a smart and sustainable lifestyle, and help them transform their homes into smart homes. Customers can benefit from 818 offers by logging into their accounts with the authority on the authority’s smart application, which is available on the “IOS”, “Android”, “Huawei” and “Apple” smart watches. The authority also provides its customers of determination with an additional set of services and discounts, such as health clubs, educational programs, rehabilitation programs, and others.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Managing Director and CEO of the authority, affirmed DEWA’s commitment to enhancing the quality of life and happiness of all stakeholders, establishing values of positivity and sustainability in society, and encouraging customers to adopt a conscious and responsible lifestyle, in line with efforts to make Dubai the smartest and happiest city in the world.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

He added, “As part of our strategy for social responsibility, we are committed to achieving happiness and well-being for the citizens and residents of the United Arab Emirates and residents on its good land, following the approach of wise leadership that attaches great importance to the happiness of individuals and society. We are keen to analyze and understand the experiences of stakeholders to establish excellence, proactive capabilities, and immediate response to exceed expectations. The authority has adopted a basic goal within its strategic map, which is directly concerned with the happiness of the concerned groups and providing a smooth and unique experience with added value, which contributed to the increase in the percentage of community happiness from the authority from 82% in 2013 to 93.02% in 2022. And in 2022, it recorded The authority is 98% in the Dubai government’s momentary happiness index, which is measured by the Dubai Digital Authority.

 

 

 

 

DEWA Store offers include discounts on telecom packages, smart life, banking services, insurance, smart home systems, travel and entertainment, banking services, shopping, maintenance services, consulting companies’ services, furniture moving companies, and others. In addition, the authority offers through the store exclusive offers to provide consumption control devices and devices that enhance the efficiency of energy and water consumption. Names of technical service providers are also available with whom customers can communicate in the event of internal faults in the building. In addition to the “Dewa Store”, the authority provides people of determination with a set of qualified smart services that facilitate their access to the services and information of the authority in an easy way. The authority provides discounts for citizens of determination through a “Sanad” card for some services, including fees for starting and stopping electricity and water services, meter examination fees (in case the meter is intact), fees for updating customer information for free, and fees for issuing a clearance certificate.
