To ease the burden of inflation, Spain imposes a wealth tax on the rich

The Spanish government headed, on Friday, to impose a temporary tax on the rich, in light of its efforts to reduce the burden of high inflation on large sectors of the Spanish people.
“You mean the rich here, they are millionaires,” Spanish Finance Minister Maria Jesus Montero told Spain’s La Sexta TV channel.
