Mohammed bin Rashid: Challenges do not stop us and the importance of being positive

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, stressed that risks and challenges exist, but they will not deter us from achieving our goals. His Highness called on everyone to be positive, rely on God, and insist on achieving goals.
