Maryam Al Muhairi: We supply the world with energy as long as it needs it

In an exclusive interview with CNBC, the Minister of Climate Change and Environment, Maryam Al Muhairi, said that the UAE will continue to supply the world with energy as long as the world is in need of energy and will give it oil and gas to meet its needs.

The conversation took place on the sidelines of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz’s visit to the country on a weekend tour of the Gulf region, and focused on securing new supplies of fossil fuels and reducing Germany’s dependence on Russian energy imports.
