Egypt announces reduction in fuel prices

Egypt announced the reduction of the sale price of three kinds of gasoline products in the local market 25 piasters per liter to become 6.5 pounds for gasoline 80, and 7.75 pounds for gasoline 92, 8.75 pounds for gasoline 95, and cut the price of a ton of diesel for industrial uses 250 pounds to 4250 pounds, starting tomorrow morning “Friday.”
The decision comes in light of the decline in the price of Brent barrel in the world market during the period from July to September last to average about 62 dollars per barrel, and the decline of the dollar against the pound to achieve an average of about 16.60 pounds For the dollar over the same period.
