Dubai Airports Receives New Indian Carrier

Dubai Airports yesterday received the inaugural flight of Vistara, bringing the total number of Indian airlines serving Dubai and Indian cities to six carriers with 370 weekly flights to 21 destinations.
Mumbai was the second-largest city in terms of passenger numbers, with a total of 2.5 million passengers last year, while the number of passengers between India and Dubai rose to 12.3 million in 2018.
Eugene Barry, Executive Vice President for Commercial Affairs at Dubai Airports, praised the move, which boosts travel between India and Dubai.
