HALA China, in collaboration with Samania, has hosted the BigCos Global Platform for Small and Medium Enterprises, a strategic event that has attracted over 600 Chinese investors, businessmen and representatives of major companies and government agencies in Dubai.
The event was opened at Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai by Sheikh Majid Al Mualla, Chairman of Hala China.
The forum highlighted the growth opportunities for small and medium-sized Chinese enterprises and adopted Dubai’s digital transformation policy as a means of increasing its share in the Middle East markets. He also discussed the latest developments in the retail sector in Dubai, especially the growth of e-commerce.
Sheikh Majid Al-Mualla said that the BIGCEC Forum is contributing to building a bridge between small and medium-sized enterprises in Dubai to explore bilateral trade cooperation. To promote Dubai’s commitment to the “Belt and Road” initiative and expressed confidence that this platform will open up new prospects for deepening trade ties between China and Dubai.
During the forum, Hala China and Samania signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) establishing strategic cooperation to provide Chinese entrepreneurs and investors with a deeper understanding of the competitive advantages of Dubai’s commercial and infrastructure policies. Based in Singapore, Samania supports small businesses and hosts them in professional business centers in key markets, offering them opportunities for marketing, logistics and financial management, and building strategic relationships.
