Ajman Free Zone and Solidere International have signed a partnership agreement under which the Free Zone will manage the business center of Al Zawraa, a 3,000 square foot leisure destination.
Located in the Pavilion area of Zawraa, the fully furnished business center is a modern award-winning building with many entertainment venues including the 18-hole Nicolas Golf Course and a dedicated dining area. It also includes 17 units divided into 9 executive offices, 8 Small offices provide companies with a distinct environment for doing business and these facilities are integrated with a dedicated parking area to facilitate the entry and exit of investors and dealers.
The partnership agreement between the two parties includes discounts and entertainment privileges for investors wishing to transfer their companies to the business center.
Fatima Salem, Director General of Ajman Free Zone, said that the business center in Al-Zawraa provides an excellent environment for companies to conduct their work with high flow and ease and attracting business owners. The center is located in a residential and recreational area and is therefore an ideal location for those wishing to live and work in the same area. He pointed to the importance of managing the center and promoting it to attract investors from all over the world to be part of the emirate’s economy.
For his part, Emad Al-Dana, CEO of Al-Zawraa Development Company, stressed the importance of signing the partnership with Ajman Free Zone, which has a long history of more than 30 years in attracting investments to the Emirate of Ajman, pointing out that it has facilitated the establishment of business to serve investors and manage their business easily.
