It is mentioned that the Dhiba port is equipped with various modern and various equipment for handling goods, and the total area of ​​the Dhiba port is 11,250,000 m 2, the water area of ​​the navigation channel is 154,800 m 3, while the water area of ​​the rotation basin is 237,463 m 3, and the water area of ​​the multi-purpose berth is 89867 m 3, and the port has ( 6) Berths with a length of 1350 meters, and a depth of (10-15) meters for passenger ships, general and bulk cargo and rolling cargo services, and also includes covered storage areas of 12,000 square meters.
The port is considered the gateway to the northwestern region of the Kingdom and the largest station for the transportation of passengers between Saudi ports. With his presence on the international shipping line between America, Europe and the East through the Suez Canal and Bab al-Mandab.
