“Knight Frank”: 48,000 hotel rooms with 117.4 billion under development in the UAE

Knight Frank said that the UAE is witnessing 48,000 hotel rooms under development at the present time, noting that the cost of delivering hotel rooms under development is expected to reach about 32 billion dollars (117.4 billion dirhams).
