The Ministry of Justice confirmed in its guide to practicing the legal profession that it is not permissible for a lawyer to seek to advertise himself by means of propaganda or enticement using intermediaries.

The Ministry explained that in the event that a lawyer wishes to announce his work, the means of publicity are limited to stating the name of the lawyer, the academic degree obtained, if any, his specialization, and the degrees of the courts before which he practices the profession.
