Saudi Communications and Information Technology Commission launches Akrami service

The Saudi Communications and Information Technology Commission (STC) has launched the Akrami service, which enables the user of telecommunications services to view the details of the telephone numbers and data segments registered with the ID number of the telecommunication service providers and the status of their authentication.
The Authority explained that the user can benefit from the service to access the service page on the Authority’s website (www.citc.gov.sa), and enter the ID number and mobile phone number of the user registered on the ID number to review the details of the numbers registered with his ID number.
She added that if there is no phone number of the user, he can enter the ID number only to find the service providers who have registered with the ID number.
The Authority confirmed the right of the user to file a complaint with the service provider via the TRA website if he is aware of the existence of registered services on his ID number without his knowledge or the service provider did not perform a previous request to cancel the service, It is in the service of my numbers.
