Minister of Commerce Honors Saudi Council of Chambers as Successful Partner in Facility Finance Conference

The Minister of Trade and Investment, the Council of Saudi Chambers represented by its President, was honored as a key success partner in the 2019 SME Financing Conference organized by the SME Financing Program in cooperation with the World Bank Group, in the presence of the Secretary General of the Council
The ceremony coincided with the participation of the Council of Saudi Chambers represented by the Small and Medium Enterprises Center in the activities of the conference, which concluded today in Riyadh, after the participation of a large number of officials, speakers, local and international experts and a group of owners of small and medium enterprises supported by the program.
The Chairman of the Council of Saudi Chambers highlighted the importance of the conference as part of the role of finance in strengthening the SME sector in the Kingdom as one of the most important requirements for the sustainability and growth of this vital sector. Small and medium enterprises to obtain funding and encourage financial institutions to deal with these enterprises to help them develop their activities and support the national economy.
The participation of the Council of Saudi Chambers in the conference reflects its role and interest in the development of the SME sector. Through its Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Center, it adopts several initiatives aimed at enhancing the participation of this sector within the Saudi economy.
