$ 21.9 billion of remittances of Egyptians working abroad

The Central Bank of Egypt said that the total remittances of Egyptians working abroad during the period from July 2017 to April 2018 recorded about 21.9 billion dollars.
The Central Bank said in a statement today that the remittances of workers abroad registered during April last year $ 2.3 billion, compared to $ 1.7 billion in April 2017.
The central bank forecast that the remittances of workers abroad by the end of the fiscal year 2017-2018 will rise to 26 billion dollars.
