The Eastern Region Secretariat has launched a project to establish a marina and water sports on the coast of Al Khobar, as one of the distinctive investment projects offered, within a package of investment opportunities offered by more than 70 opportunities in various activities and locations.
The Director General of Investment Development, Hamdan bin Ouda Al-Aradi, said that the secretariat has allocated one of its distinctive investment sites on the shore of Al Khobar sea front to invest an area of ​​more than 60,000 square meters in the field of entertainment and marine sports. And the investment sites put forward with the aim of developing the Eastern Region and supporting investors and entrepreneurs.
He pointed out that the investment site located on the shore of the Khobar Sea front as a public auction involving games and water city, as well as a marina for yachts, boats and entertainment center, as well as restaurants and cafés and support services for a period of up to 25 years.
Al Aradi said that the investment opportunities offered included a number of recreational and service activities, including a land-to-space investment project for the establishment, maintenance, management and operation of an integrated sports recreation city, a car park and multi-activities support services on the Half Moon beach and investment and lease of plots of land in Plan No. 997, And the operation of yards to collect equipment, in addition to the investment of a number of land sites in Dammam scheme 1077 for the work of sorting, processing and recycling of waste, and the rental of a number of sites in the city of Dammam for the activity of billboards of the type of Unipol.
