8% decrease in electric load in Jordan

The maximum electric load in Jordan fell by 8% to 2,MW compared to 3020 MW  .
The assistant director general for operation and planning in the Jordanian National Electricity Company, Eng. Amin Zaghl, said that the drop of loads and the amount of 290 MW due to low temperatures by 3 degrees compared to the same period last year.
Annual growth in demand for electricity is estimated at about 3 percent.
