Today, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 1.4 billion dirhams, and the department recorded 386 sales with a value of 1.2 billion dirhams, of which 45 were allegiance to land, with a value of 195.91 million dirhams, and 341 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, with a value of 1.01 billion dirhams.
The most important land pledges came at a value of 18 million dirhams in the fourth Al-Habiya area, followed by a pledge of 15 million dirhams in the fifth Al-Habiya area, followed by a pledge of 14 million dirhams in the first Nad Al-Shiba area.
