Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department have generated more than AED 1.5 billion, of which AED 1.2 billion were mortgages through 51 transactions.
The department today recorded 167 million dirhams worth of AED 300 million, of which 18 plots of land for 100 million dirhams and 149 apartments and villas for 200 million dirhams.
The total value of the mortgages was AED 1.2 billion, of which 23 plots of land valued at AED 1.15 billion and 28 villas and apartments of AED 50 million were valued at AED 1.1 billion and AED 33 million respectively.
