Dubai, July 25 / Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department today amounted to more than 1.5 billion dirhams.
The department witnessed the registration of 463 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 1.23 billion dirhams, including 48 pledges of allegiance to lands, at a value of 359.37 million dirhams, and 415 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, at a value of 871.9 million dirhams.
The most important land sales came with a value of 58 million dirhams in the Seih Shuaib 4 area, followed by a pledge of 32 million dirhams in the Al Barsha area south of the third, followed by a pledge of 20 million dirhams in the Wadi Al Safa 3 area.
The fifth region of Al-Habibiyah topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, as it recorded 11 sales at a value of 29 million dirhams, followed by Wadi Al-Safa 3, with 11 sales at a value of 99 million dirhams, and a third in the city of Hind 4, with 8 sales at a value of 12 million dirhams.
With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, the sale amounted to 23 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, as the most important sale, followed by the sale of 21 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally the sale of 14 million dirhams in the Dubai Marina area.
Al Barsha South Fourth Region topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 50 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 47 million dirhams, followed by Wadi Al-Safa 5, with 47 pledges of 96 million dirhams, and a third in Al Barsha South, the third, with 35 pledges of 30 million dirhams.
Mortgages recorded a value of 205.78 million dirhams, including 15 mortgages for lands at a value of 33.83 million dirhams and 88 mortgages for villas and apartments at a value of 171.95 million dirhams.
As for donations, 88 donations were recorded, with a value of 65.19 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Al Thanyah Fifth area, with a value of 34.68 million dirhams, and another in the Burj Khalifa area, with a value of 9.42 million dirhams.
