138 million riyals to complete the project Onaiza of white land revenues

The “White Land Fees” program of the Ministry of Housing allocated SR 138 million to complete the implementation and delivery of infrastructure services in the ‘Enaizah Housing Project’ in Al Qassim Region. This amount represents part of the program revenues collected from fees levied on white land within the scope Al-Omrani in its first phase.

The ministry has an integrated plan to allocate the revenues collected from fees in the development of infrastructure projects and the delivery of public services in a number of projects under the Ministry of Housing. During the coming period, the work will be followed up on the need in a number of residential projects. Power stations, delivery of electricity and water services, treatment plants, and other services required by such projects.
Previously, 100 million riyals were announced from the income of the land fees program for the “Al-Aynah Housing” project in Riyadh, the first project to be allocated using the land fees program.
