Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 2.7 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed today the registration of 622 pledges of allegiance at a value of 1.95 billion dirhams, including 58 pledges of allegiance to lands at a value of 578.2 million dirhams and 564 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas at a value of 1.37 billion dirhams.
The most important land sales came with a value of 230 million dirhams in the Dubai Marina area, followed by a pledge of 67 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, followed by a pledge of 57 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area.
The fifth area of Al-Habiah topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance, as it recorded 34 pledges of pledge of allegiance at a value of 96 million dirhams, followed by the Merkad region, with 5 pledges of pledge of 57 million dirhams, and a third in Jebel Ali, the first, with 5 pledges of 15 million dirhams.
As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, the sale amounted to 59 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, as the most important sale, followed by the sale of 51 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally the sale of 47 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area.
The Business Bay region topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 97 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 168 million dirhams, followed by the Al Merkad region, with 52 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 102 million dirhams, and a third in Al Thanyah, the third, with 52 pledges of 150 million dirhams.
The mortgages recorded a value of 565.34 million dirhams, of which 12 land mortgages amounted to 80.15 million dirhams, and 70 mortgages for villas and apartments amounted to 485.18 million dirhams.
As for the donations, 56 donations were recorded, with a value of 182.18 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Dubai Marina area, with a value of 66 million dirhams, and another in the fourth Al Thanyah area, with a value of 46 million dirhams.
