Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 2.8 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed, on Tuesday, the registration of 504 pledges of allegiance at a value of 1.34 billion dirhams, including 33 pledges of allegiance to lands, at a value of 382.44 million dirhams, and 471 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, at a value of 954.05 million dirhams.
The most important land sales came with a value of 57 million dirhams in the Wadi Al-Safa 3 area, followed by a pledge of 45 million dirhams in the Merkad area, followed by a pledge of 40 million dirhams in the Al Barsha area, south of the third.
The first Jebel Ali region topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, as it recorded 3 sales at a value of 13 million dirhams, followed by the Airport City area, with 3 sales at a value of 9 million dirhams, and a third in the Airport City, with 3 sales at a value of 9 million dirhams.
As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, it was a sale of 50 million dirhams in the Dubai Marina area, as the most important sale, followed by a sale of 31 million dirhams in the Warsan First area, and finally a sale of 26 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area.
Al Barsha, south of the fourth district, topped the areas in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 86 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 74 million dirhams, followed by the first area of Al Khiran, with 45 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 110 million dirhams, and a third in Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens, with 42 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 60 million dirhams.
The mortgages recorded a value of 1.26 billion dirhams, of which 14 land mortgages amounted to 112.62 million dirhams and 84 mortgages of villas and apartments amounted to 1.15 billion dirhams, the most important of which was in Port Saeed with a value of 624 million dirhams and another in the first trade center area with a value of 397 million dirhams.
As for the donations, 23 donations were registered, with a value of 269.13 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Al Sufouh First area, with a value of 116 million dirhams, and another in the Business Bay area, with a value of 113 million dirhams.
