The authority clarified that there are specific categories that are exempt from delay fines, including people of determination, heads and members of diplomatic and consular missions, international organizations located within the country, and other specific categories, calling on customers who meet the terms and conditions of the service of exemption from administrative delay fees, to apply for the exemption service.
