The American company, Innovative Eyewear, to develop and sell the latest eyeglasses and sunglasses, announced setting the initial public offering price for a quantity of its public shares at $7.5 per share. Shares purchased by the subscriber.
The company said that the initial public offering includes 980,000 units, consisting of 980,000 shares for sale and 1.96 million shares in the form of rights to purchase additional shares at the same price as the basic shares.
The company aims to raise about $7.35 million through the initial public offering, not counting the proceeds from the sale of additional optional shares that subscribers can buy at the same offering price.
The company also gives subscribers a grace period of 45 days to purchase up to 147,000 additional shares or the rights to purchase up to 294 thousand additional shares to cover all the quantity offered for subscription at the same initial public offering price.
It is expected that the stock will start trading on the Nasdaq index today, Monday, while the subscription window for the offering is expected to close on Wednesday.
