The Department of Land and Property in Dubai said it has achieved real estate transactions of more than 416 million dirhams, where the department today registered 166 allegiance to the value of 256 million dirhams, including 18 plots of land worth 85 million dirhams and 148 for sale apartments and villas worth 171 million dirhams.
The most significant sales of land amounted to AED 16 million in the gardens of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid, followed by a pledge of AED 16 million in the area of the land, followed by a pledge of AED 7 million in the second district of Muhaisnah.
The third area of Al Habiya was the region with five sales of AED 9 million, followed by Mirdif with sales of AED 5 million and a third in Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Gardens with sales of AED 23 million.
In terms of the most important sales of apartments and villas, a total of AED 21 million was pledged in the Palm Jumeirah area as the most important pledge, followed by a pledge of AED 16 million in the Palm Jumeirah area and a total of AED 3 million in Al Wasl area.
The first area of Worsan region topped the number of sales of apartments and villas, with 20 shares worth AED 8 million, followed by Al Barsha in the South of the fourth with 20 million dirhams and 13 fils in Palm Jumeirah, with a total of 19 million dirhams.
Mortgages were valued at 160 million dirhams, of which 20 were land mortgages valued at 114 million dirhams and 33 were mortgaged for villas and apartments worth 46 million dirhams, the most important of which was Airport City at a value of 37 million dirhams and another in the Wadi Al Safa 3 area worth 27 million dirhams.
