Real estate transactions in Dubai have generated more than AED 430 million.
According to the Dubai Land Department’s daily report, the real estate sector witnessed a total of 122 pledges of AED 353 million, of which 23 million were sold for land and AED 99 million were sold for apartments and villas worth AED 123 million.
The most important land sales were AED 110 million in Wadi Al-Safa 5 followed by a pledge of AED 22 million in the Palm Jumeirah area followed by a pledge of AED 17 million in Oud Metha.
He pointed out that Al Habiya was the third region in terms of number of sales, with 7 sales of AED 14 million, followed by Jebel Ali, with sales of AED 7 million and a third in Wadi Al Safa 5 with sales of AED 113 million.
In terms of the most important sales of apartments and villas, a total of AED 5 million was pledged in the Burj Khalifa area as the most important pledge, followed by a pledge of AED 4 million in the Burj Khalifa area and a total of AED 3 million in Dubai Marina.
The Department also recorded mortgages worth AED 77 million, of which 20 plots worth AED 53 million, 24 villas and apartments valued at AED 24 million, the most important of which are Palm Jumeirah and AED 12 million respectively.
