44.9 million square meters cultivated area in Dubai

Dubai Statistics Center revealed that the total green areas planted in the emirate during the second quarter of this year amounted to 44,988,289 square metres, an increase of 3,469,214 square metres, equivalent to 8.4%, compared to the same period in 2021. The length of the plant walls in the second quarter of this year reached 978,076 linear meters, compared to 830,763 linear meters for the same period in 2021, according to Dubai Municipality databases.
