5.7% The number of Saudi employees in the private sector

The results of the “Economic Indicators Survey for the Second Quarter 2018” issued by the Saudi General Organization for Statistics show indicators of the number of employees by sex and nationality, compensation paid to them and operating expenses, in addition to operating income as a periodic study focusing on the characteristics and components of operating institutions that engage in economic activity or several Economic activities in the public and private sectors, as well as the non-profit sector in all 13 regions of the Kingdom.
The total number of employed persons in private sector establishments increased by 3.6% compared to the same quarter of 2017. The total number of Saudi employees in the private sector increased by 5.7% compared with the same quarter of 2017, Paid to those employed in private sector establishments by 8.9% compared to the same quarter of 2017.
According to the results of the survey, the total operating expenses of private sector establishments increased by 10.2% compared with the same quarter of 2017. Total operating revenues of private sector establishments increased by 9.9% compared to the same quarter of 2017.
Economic indicators are a set of statistics and economic data that are used in the short term to measure the performance of different sectors of the economy to assess the economic situation and to know the strength or weakness of the economy.
