7 foreign investment licenses during the last week with funding exceeded 47.5 million riyals in Saudi Arabia

The General Authority for Investment (KIA) disclosed in its weekly bulletin on the new foreign licenses that the number of licenses granted last week amounted to about 7 licenses for a number of domestic and foreign companies to start investing in the Kingdom with a total funding of more than 47 million Saudi riyals.
For his part, the Deputy Governor for Investment Services and Consultancy Ibrahim Saleh Al-Suweil said that the licenses granted last week included industrial and commercial sectors at the rate of 5 licenses for the service sector and two for the industrial sector, indicating that the total funding for the seven licenses was about 47 million 540 thousand riyals.
Al-Suwail said that the new licenses included foreign investment companies and companies, and that the foreign facilities that were granted licenses are from the countries (America, France and Germany).
It is worth mentioning that the General Authority for Investment recently launched a weekly newsletter for the new licenses, as part of its policy of transparency, measuring the performance index and working to increase the participation of the private sector in GDP
