The Municipal Control and Inspection Department “Rased” at the Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman responded to 10,885 complaints, reports and observations during the past year, and municipality inspectors carried out 7,920 field tours in the emirate during 2022.
This came during a field visit by Abdul Rahman Muhammad Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Municipality Department, during which he inspected the workflow in the control room in which the Municipal Control and Inspection Department “Rased” follows up the control tasks using the latest smart technologies, to preserve the infrastructure and public facilities in the emirate and enhance The aesthetic appearance of Ajman, making it one of the best cities to live in.
Eng. Khaled Moeen Al Hosani, Executive Director of the Public Health and Environment Sector in the Department, accompanied him on the visit, appreciating the department’s efforts that were able to achieve the desired goals during the past year.
The Director General of the Municipality Department confirmed that the department has adopted an integrated and comprehensive plan that covers all regions of the emirate, expressing his pride in the efforts and calling on the competencies to continue the work that highlights the positive image of the Emirate of Ajman.
For his part, Mohamed Abdel-Wahhab, Director of the Municipal Control and Inspection Department, gave a detailed explanation of the achievements of “Rased”, indicating that the trained competencies adopt the principles of social responsibility, and accordingly the department provided community services and dealt with many humanitarian cases.
