Dubai, January 27 / Real estate transactions in the Department of Lands and Properties in Dubai amounted to more than 814 million dirhams, as the department witnessed the registration of 241 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 605.83 million dirhams, including 10 pledges of land, at a value of 78.65 million dirhams, and 231 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, at a value of 527.18 million dirhams.
The most important land sales came with a value of 28 million dirhams in Wadi Al-Safa 3, followed by a pledge of 19 million dirhams in the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Gardens area, followed by a pledge of 14 million dirhams in the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Gardens area.
The Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, as it recorded two sales at a value of 32 million dirhams, followed by the fifth district, with two sales at a value of 3 million dirhams, and in the third Al-Habibia, the fifth, with two sales at a value of 3 million dirhams.
With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, the sale amounted to 86 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, as the most important sale, followed by the sale of 23 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally the sale of 22 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa area.
And Dubai Marina topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 26 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 59 million dirhams, followed by the first area of Khairan, with 20 pledges of 52 million dirhams, and the third in Nad Hessa, recording 19 pledges of 9 million dirhams.
Mortgages recorded a value of 198.18 million dirhams, of which 9 land mortgages amounted to 11.87 million dirhams and 44 mortgages for villas and apartments amounted to 186.31 million dirhams.
As for donations, 4 donations with a value of 10.89 million dirhams were recorded, the most important of which was in the Wadi Al-Safa 5 area with a value of 5 million dirhams, and another in the Palm Jumeirah area with a value of 3 million dirhams.
