The “White Land Fees” program of the Saudi Ministry of Housing allocated SR92 million to complete the implementation and delivery of infrastructure services in the Dawadmi Housing Project in Riyadh, covering an area of ​​1,836,780 square meters, comprising 501 villas and 735 plots of land.
This amount is part of the program’s income collected from fees charged on white land within the urban area in its first phase.
The management of the program confirmed that there is an integrated plan to allocate the revenues collected from fees in the development of infrastructure projects and the delivery of public services in a number of projects under the Ministry of Housing, where will be in the coming period to follow up the need in a number of housing projects, The establishment of power stations and the delivery of electricity and water services, treatment plants, and other services required by such projects.
After completion of infrastructure development, the project will provide the villas and land plots to the citizens, and the delivery of all services to the project, which includes many sites dedicated to public utilities, green spaces, parks and sites allocated to government agencies.
