«Digital Government»: 9 legitimate cases of termination of the employment contract

The UAE digital government has confirmed that there are 9 legitimate cases of terminating the employment contract between the two retirement parties, in accordance with Article 42 of Federal Decree-Law No. (33) of 2021 regarding the regulation of labor relations.
