The International Real Estate Exhibition – the largest platform for reviewing and selling real estate projects in the Middle East – will be held in Cairo from 10 to 13 January and in Jeddah from 17 to 20 of the same month.
The exhibition is organized in partnership with the Real Estate Investment Promotion and Management Center, the investment arm of the Dubai Land Department, the Egyptian Real Estate Services Company (MREC), and the Wafi Initiative of the Ministry of Housing.
The exhibition provides an ideal platform for investors and buyers interested in investing in the residential real estate sector to get the best properties they are looking for and to offer the exhibitors an ideal opportunity to showcase and promote their commercial and residential projects while ensuring an investment environment that offers ideal opportunities to discover the best ways to invest in local and international real estate market, And the major facilities provided by the exhibitors.
“Based on the success of the exhibition in Dubai over the past 14 years, we have decided to organize the first edition of the international real estate exhibition in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, which will encourage and support investment and enhance the means of joint cooperation,” said Walid Farghal, General Manager of the International Property Show.
