More than 24 investment opportunities through the forum of travel and tourism investment

Asir region has presented more than 24 tourism investment opportunities through the Tourism Development Board’s pavilion at the Tourism and Tourism Investment Forum organized by the National Authority for Tourism and National Heritage at the Riyadh International Exhibition Center.
The Director General of the General Authority for Tourism and National Heritage, General Secretary of the Tourism Development Council in the region, Engineer Mohammed Al-Omrah, said that one of the most prominent projects presented at the Forum is the waterfront project, which is being run by the Municipality of the region. In addition to 18 projects for the development of tourism infrastructure, And the national heritage in the region: Sama Abha project, tourist information centers in Asir area, the development of the archaeological fortress of Shamsan in Abha, the city of youth in Habla, the development of the Tur Yazid park, the international shopping mall project at the airport, The development of the center of Bisheh, the Desert Park in Sayira Bbeisha, the development of the center of Al Namas, the development of the Meryer Mountain Park in Namas, the development of the Prince Sultan Bin Salman Park in Namas, the development of Al Alian village in Namas, Omar, the development of the Shifa Bani Omar Park, and the development of the Shibana Park in Balkerne.
Al Omra said that the region offers 5 investment opportunities for sites owned by the Secretariat. The National Tourism and Heritage Authority (CNTA) has prepared the study through international consulting offices: Red Sea Beach Resort, Water Sports Center, Heritage Market, Hospital Tourism Center and Summer Camp.
Omrah explained that the General Authority for Tourism and National Heritage in the region is ready to receive a request for financing any investment opportunity through the program of lending the hotel and tourism projects within the national transformation program 2020, after matching the terms of the program.
