Eight new judges and members of the Public Prosecution Office took the legal oath before His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of the Presidential Court, and Head of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, marking the start of their duties as members of the judicial authority in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, during a ceremony It was held, today, in Qasr Al Watan.
His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan expressed his pride and pride in the joining of a new batch of national cadres to members of the judiciary, to perform their tasks and responsibilities efficiently and effectively in achieving justice and preserving rights, in light of a pioneering and advanced judicial system that supports the directions of the Abu Dhabi government, and actively contributes to strengthening its competitive position at the global level.
His Highness affirmed the support of the wise leadership of the UAE, headed by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him”, for the development initiatives aimed at providing services that match the best global services provided in the judicial and justice sector, relying on qualified and trained national cadres, taking advantage of the Modern technologies and smart and innovative means.
His Highness directed the new members of the judiciary to work diligently and with dedication for the advancement of the country and the sustainability of leadership and excellence in various sectors, while adhering to the principle of the rule of law and prompt justice, benefiting from the digital structure in the judiciary department, and its role in facilitating the completion of work, which in turn is reflected in the efficiency of The judicial system in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
The swearing-in ceremony was attended by Counselor Yousef Saeed Al-Abri, Under-Secretary of the Judicial Department in Abu Dhabi, Counselor Ali Mohammed Al Balushi, Attorney General of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and Counselor Ali Al Shaer Al Dhaheri, Director of the Judicial Inspection Department.
