Al Ain Court of Appeal upheld a ruling of the Court of First Instance that obligated a company to pay a government entity 241,000 dirhams, after the entity filed a lawsuit against the company demanding that it be obligated to the amount, on the grounds that the company rented a site to hold activities for recreational games activities, and did not pay a rental value for a year. And half a year.

The details are due to the fact that the government entity filed a lawsuit in which it explained that the company had rented a site to set up entertainment games there for a period of one year, in addition to a period of 30 days to prepare the site, in exchange for a rent of 158,000 dirhams annually, in addition to the value of the tax in the amount of 7,900 dirhams.
