During the first 8 months of this year, Tunisia’s exports of cereals increased by 28.8% in comparison to the same period last year, and by 14.4% in terms of revenues of around 70 million Tunisian dinars.
According to statistical data of the Tunisian Agriculture Observatory, the Libyan market accounted for 42% of revenues, pointing out that this rise is due to the growth of exports of watermelon to the Italian market.
