The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of Jordan, said that the prices of Brent crude witnessed with the beginning of January, a decline of 5.6% compared to the rate recorded in December last year.
The price of petroleum products fell during the first week of this month compared with December prices. The diesel price dropped from $ 5.33 per ton in December to $ 498.8, or 6.5 per cent, , While the average price of gasoline octane 95 fell from $ 512.3 per ton to $ 492.33, a decline of 3.9 per cent. The price of octane gasoline fell from $ 492 per tonne to $ 471.33 and 4.2 per cent. The price of kerosene also fell from $ 574.2 per ton to $ 541 per tonne A decline of 5.8 percent. On the other hand, the prices of liquefied natural gas stabilized at $ 422.5 per ton, which is the price recorded for last December.
