“Emirates Islamic” participates in the “National Exhibition of Employment 2019” in Sharjah

Emirates Islamic Bank is participating in the National Employment Exhibition in Sharjah from 6 to 8 February at the Sharjah Expo Center as part of its strategy to support Emiratisation efforts and enhance the stock of national skills in the banking sector.
Emirates Islamic Bank intends to offer a wide range of job opportunities in its various departments, as well as immediate job opportunities for potential candidates, experienced citizens, university graduates and secondary school graduates.
Mr. Marwan Salem Abunas Al Muhairi, Head of Human Resources, Emirates Islamic Bank, said: “Based on its established position as one of the leading Islamic banking institutions in the UAE, Emirates Islamic is committed to supporting national skills by providing solid training foundations, Professional development after graduation.
“Our participation in the National Career Fair will allow us to meet potential employees face-to-face and strengthen our team with a new group of graduates with ambition and outstanding skills. Over the past few years, we have added about 300 UAE nationals from Sharjah and 380 from Dubai through exhibitions The UAE has now accounted for around 24% of the total staff of Emirates Islamic Bank, more than a third of whom are employed in managerial positions. We are happy to move beyond the Emiratisation goals we have set for ourselves in the points system in the UAE. And 30 UAE university graduates have been trained in the Future Relationship Managers Program since its launch in December 2017.
The six-month “Future” program for high school graduates under the age of 20 includes both theoretical and practical training, and the trainees who have completed the program successfully have permanent employment opportunities across the various departments and departments of Emirates Islamic.
The Future Relationship Managers program is a seven-month training program designed specifically for UAE university graduates and aims to develop their abilities and experience to take on the positions of Relationship Managers in Wealth Management at Emirates Islamic.
In addition to the two programs, Emirates Islamic offers Uni Grad program for UAE Nationals interested in banking. This open-ended program for university graduates up to the age of 27 is a pioneering initiative to accelerate professional development. Launched by the bank.
