Participants in the third session of the Future Food Industries Forum said that the food industry in the UAE went through a record growth stage during the “Covid-19” crisis, while it benefited strongly from the lessons of the crisis by relying on local manufacturing and expanding the import map from alternative markets during the closures witnessed by many from global markets.
