Today, Friday, Bahraini Minister of Labor Jamil bin Muhammad Ali Humaidan discussed with the US Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain Stephen Bundy ways to strengthen the existing friendship and cooperation relations between the two countries, especially in the labor fields.
The Bahrain News Agency (BNA) stated that Humaidan reviewed the projects and initiatives undertaken by the Kingdom of Bahrain within the framework of the economic recovery plan to enhance labor market stability and follow up on the generation of appropriate and decent job opportunities, as well as measures to ensure a healthy and appropriate work environment for both national and expatriate workers, as well as Strengthening workers’ rights in accordance with legislation that conforms to international labor standards, as well as the Kingdom’s efforts to eliminate all forms of discrimination and trafficking in persons.
