Banks raise Saudi stock market

The Saudi bourse rose in early Wednesday trading, as banks rose, while most of the Gulf markets in quiet trading, ahead of the announcement of corporate profits scheduled for next week.
Saudi Arabia’s main index rose 0.1 percent, with Al Rajhi Bank up 0.2 percent and Samba Financial Group up 0.6 percent.
Al-Ahsa Development rose 3 percent, after the purchase agreement signed 25 percent of the emergency care company for 15 million riyals.
