Saudi Trade: Call 2557 Savannah GMC vehicles for faulty windows control keys

Media In / Riyadh November 5, 2018
Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Trade and Investment called 2,557 GMC ‘Savannah’ vehicles from 2014 to 2016 with chassis numbers from 1GDZ79CG0E1142443 to 1GTZ79FGXG1273916, due to faults in the driver’s electric window controls that may lead to leakage of the fluid inside these keys leading to electrical contact and fire. God forbid.
The Ministry confirmed that the owners of these vehicles should continue with the local agents of General Motors, namely Al-Jomaih Motor Company and the International Agencies Company, to carry out the necessary repairs free of charge and without a guarantee for the sake of their safety.
These calls come in cooperation between the Ministry of Trade and Investment and manufacturers and their agents locally by inviting the consumer to initiate the repair of the defective part of the product with the local agent free of charge and no consideration of the state of product warranty.
