Inflation continues to decline in Dubai for the second month in a row, recording 5.41% in September

The consumer price index in Dubai continued to decline for the second month in a row since the beginning of this year 2022, to settle last September at 105.43 points, compared to the previous month, during which it recorded 106.09 points, according to recent data from the “Dubai Statistics Center”.

Inflation in the emirate recorded its second decline in 9 months since the beginning of 2022, as it recorded 5.41% in September on an annual basis, compared to the previous month (August), which amounted to 6.04%, when it recorded its first decline. Since the beginning of this year 2022, and on a monthly scale; It reduced its contraction to about -0.62% compared to August, when it contracted to about -0.75%.
