Foreign Ministry stresses the country’s interest in promoting economic and trade cooperation with the EU

Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said his country is interested in boosting economic and trade cooperation with the European Union.
This came during his meeting today at his office at the Foreign Ministry in Islamabad, EU Ambassador to Pakistan Jean Francicus.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed ways of enhancing and developing relations between Pakistan and the European Union, as well as discussing a number of issues of common concern.
The two sides expressed their satisfaction with the positive growth in European-Pakistani relations.
