Saudi Arabia: A new project to build professional standards for the financial sector

The Saudi Financial Institute has launched a project to build professional standards for the financial sector, which aims at identifying the basic functions of the financial sector in its entirety, identifying the skills and knowledge of its employees, and establishing professional standards for jobs in each sector.
This project is part of the continuous efforts and initiatives of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and supporting the financial sector development program aimed at enhancing its achievements. It is a project based on national cadres working in the sector to increase its capabilities through the development of training solutions and measurement standards that meet the needs of the sector. .
It is worth mentioning that Jaradat offers a comprehensive dictionary that contributes to the service of the sector in various areas of human resources such as: employment, performance management, succession planning, and building a career path for employees and other fields.
