“Commercial and Labor Contracts” Meeting at the Jeddah Enterprise Support Center

The Public Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises “Monsha’at”, in cooperation with the Bar Association, organized, within the “Legal Awareness” initiative, a meeting entitled “Commercial and Labor Contracts” with the aim of legally educating owners of small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurs, at the Enterprise Support Center in Jeddah.
The meeting dealt with a set of topics, including: the concept of the commercial contract and the work contract, the most important clauses in commercial and labor contracts, the most important commercial regulations, and ways to resolve disputes and settle disputes resulting from commercial and labor contracts.
