Construction of 9658 housing units in the cities of Dammam and Jeddah with an investment of US $ 1.2

The Saudi Ministry of Housing and Sany Amariya Company signed a “Saudi-Chinese” agreement to establish three housing projects on the land of the Ministry of Housing. The volume of investment in this agreement reached about 1.2 billion US dollars.
A total of 9658 housing units will be launched in the cities of Dammam and Jeddah and will be built on 3 residential projects under the name of “Hills of Sunset”, the first in the Prince Fawaz neighborhood in Jeddah. The project aims to provide 6512 units of apartments and two other projects in Dammam, And 1514 apartments.
It is scheduled to start the implementation of the project during the next month, and will be delivered the first phase of housing units during the year 2020.
