Moroni, on September 4, under the directives of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, President of the General Women’s Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation, Honorary President of the Emirates Red Crescent, and the follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, representative of the ruler in the Al Dhafra region, President of the Emirates Red Crescent Authority, inaugurated The authority, “Mother of the Emirates” Hospital for Mother and Child on Moheli Island, is among a number of development projects implemented for those affected by Hurricane Kenneth, which struck the United Republic of the Comoros four years ago, in cooperation with the UAE Embassy in Moroni.
